This photo is inspired by "Snowflake" Bentley. He was an early 19th century photographer that took close up pictures of individual snowflakes. If you haven't heard of him or seen his images....Google it! Amazing pictures. I took this photo the other morning when flurries were coming down. A macro lens would be great for this kind of shot, but I just had to work with what I had. Still I think the flakes are beautiful!
